With Vetrazzo Surfaces you can express both your styles and your respect for the earth without compromise. Vetrazzo is 85% glass, and all the glass used is recycled from stained glass, automotive windshields, baby food jars, Coke bottles, and much more! Fabulous for countertops, vanities, tabletops, and outdoor kitchens. The glass is thoroughly mixed throughout the full slab.


Applications
Vetrazzo is a line of exquisite surface material crafted from recycled glass used for countertops, vanity tops, bar tops, tabletops. Vetrazzo is a extremely durable and easy-to-maintain surface, and is very similar in strength, scratch resistance, thermal resistance, durability, and care and maintenance to granite.


Fabrication
Standard fabrication equipment and tools used for marble and granite fabrication, such as CNC machines and gantry saws, are easily used to fabricate slabs of Vetrazzo.


Sealant
Vetrazzo panels are sealed using an industry standard stone sealer such as impregnator Pro, used by Tulsa Granite, LLC.
Tulsa Granite, LLC is a Vetrazzo Certified Fabricator.


Technical Data
Panel size: 5’ x 9’ x 1.25” (3cm Thickness) Similar to Granite. Compressive Strength up to 9,000 psi. Density 14.6 lbs per square foot, Tensile Strength up to 1,500 psi. Weight per panel 650 lbs. Thermal Shock resistance up to 600°.


Consistency of Color
Every panel of Vetrazzo is unique. Variations in pattern and distribution of glass are an inherent part of its beauty. When you install a Vetrazzo surface, you express your individual style; no one will ever have one exactly like it. Care and Maintenance
Vetrazzo requires minimal maintenance. It can easily stand up to heavy foot traffic and prolonged exposure to the elements, making it an ideal material for everything from indoor countertops to public and outdoor installations. Vetrazzo surfaces are polished and sealed with an FDA approved sealer that is specifically engineered to withstand the impact and heat of daily kitchen use.
Vetrazzo can be cleaned with a damp cloth, use mild liquid soap.
